Our mission is to make everyone whatever your fitness level feel welcome and most importantly feel good. We offer a warm friendly environment and strive to keep classes fun and interesting.
Pilates is a fantastic way to improve strength, flexibility, balance and joint movement creating positive change to the body starting from within.
Classes are mat based teaching exercises derived
from Joseph Pilates original 34 exercises. We also incorporate small pieces of
equipment like the Pilates circle and resistance bands to assist you or
challenge you to help you get the most out of your workout.
As body control Pilates teachers we specialise in
breaking down the exercises making them attainable to the new client and
building them back up again for stronger more experienced exercisers.
